Position Description:

    This is a full-time position and is located in Loomis, CA.

    • Manage due dates and ensure SLAs are met for open services. 
    • Coordinate scheduling of engineering staff, product ordering and onsite services.
    • Communicate with clients, engineers and contractors proactively regarding case status and completion. 
    • Assist with customer care calls at pre-determined intervals. 
    • Support service coordination team in billing and invoicing for services and/or projects as needed.
    • Assist Associate Project Manager with job packets, includes printing, binding, etc. 
    • Respond/prepare client requests for quotes/proposals 
    • Sales order entry
    • Respond to client request for order status
    • Work with Manufacturers and Distributors to establish costs and discounts
    • Requesting service scheduling for clients & handling overflow calls for service desk
    • Answering telephones/web chats of incoming customer and/or prospective customer interactions
    • Outbound calls to customer base, as directed by Account Team
    • Other requests as appropriate.

 

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organization & time management skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2007 or newer (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Professional attitude and presentation
  • Typing skills of 35 wpm or better
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to solve problems through creative thinking and determination
  • Aptitude & desire to understand and discuss technology with customers 
  • Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision; self-direction and strong work ethic is required at TEAMSOS
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
