Position Description:

The Sales Support Representative (SSR) position is primarily responsible for supporting the Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in our sales department. Primary job duties include timely order entry, registering warranties, entry/updates to sales pipeline (CRM), scheduling meetings (both internal and external), and responding to requests, with emphasis on accuracy, speed, and attention-to-detail.  This position is a full-time position located in Loomis, CA. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone looking to grow within a dynamic organization. The Sales Support Representative (SSR) position is the starting point in a clearly-defined career path in sales, which includes compensation increases and commission opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

Specific responsibilities include:

 

  • Sales order entry
  • Pipeline entry into CRM tool
  • Registration of recently ordered warranties, on behalf of clients
  • Respond to client or team member request for order status
  • Handling overflow calls for service desk
  • Answering phone calls/web chats from incoming customers and/or prospective customers
  • Other duties as requested
  •  

Requirements:

 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
  • Strong detail orientation / attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment (Strong organization & time management skills)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and presentation
  • Typing/Data entry skills of 35 wpm or better; 10-key a plus
  • Ability to work responsibly with or without direct supervision; self-direction and strong work ethic is required at TEAMSOS
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
